  Can he drive it? I thought the legal age for even getting a Learners was 16

  Not on public roads, but on private land / tracks you can do pretty much what you want. Whatever millions he has got will pretty much be gone as soon as he get's his first years car insurance quote
  
  I'll guess he's paid some teachers so he can actually learn to drive the things.
  
  Also for car's the minimum age you can apply for a provisional licence is 17 in the UK, however he'll also get VERY pissed, VERY quickly as he'll be stopped by the Police on average about 10 times a day, EVERY day!

  Whether it's a hoax or not there is nothing impossible in the fact that :

  • a young guy would own a Ferrari
  • a guy would make millions with an app

  I don't get what's to see there.

  The only mention of this kid is related to those videos.
  
  No mention of what the app was called, no mention of him on forbes rich list, no mention of him on BBC news site. Surely one site somewhere would have a news article about a 10 year old selling his app to Google for £8.5 million.
  
  Hell Forbes writes an article about a 15yr old making $1m from sales of shoes so I'm sure they would have been all over a story about a 10yr old making £8.5 million.
