  Need a
  * Windows Computer to develop for the Windows Phone and Windows 8 (no VM's allowed)
  * Macintosh to develop for the iOS
  * Ubuntu required to develop for the Ubuntu Phone
  
  Android is the only system that is not dependent on a particular OS.
  
  Isn't that interesting and that is also the fragmentation apart from the android device fragmentation.
