gideros player + assets folder ~= exported project?

I did some modification to the template of eclipse project,and export a game with the new template, it works as normal.
Then, I installed the modified template on the device and it run as a gideros player,and from the gideros studio, I try to run the game in the player, but the player crashed.
Any difference between these two cases? I thought they are almost the same.
