Hi,
I have released a new version of ZeroSphere Android game that include the preferExternal directive too (to install the app in the external SD) but when i publish on play store my LG Dual (have SD) receive the notification for update and my Nexus 7 (no SD) don't receive the update to the new version...have i exluded all the Devices that don't have an external SD card?????

Any chance, you just disabled update notification for this specific app on your second device?
I have used nexus 7 with eclipse to test an higher version of the game not yet released on play store
