How we buy Gideros?

Hello!
We are leaning toward ultimately buying a license of Gideros.
The CEO here want to know what is the best approach, if we register it to my account (as programmer), or if we can register in the CEO (since he will handle payments and whatnot).
With Corona we registered in the CEO account, but that was very bothersome because when to do everything (including post in the forums) I needed to use the CEO account instead.
When we registered Marmalade there was a proper account system, where you could define who were the license users, who was the admin, who handled payments, whatnot.

Additionally you could manually license Gideros (if LicenseManager does not work for some reasons like proxies).
I think you can simply forward the invoiced email with the link to pay to your CEO.
Additionally if you need, you can send your company information which we can include in the invoice.

Now, the license manager insists this is a free version, no matter what I do!
I even tried using the site (generate GUID, give to site, download file, put in appropriate folder).
Also tried to de-authorize and authorize again... and so on. Nothing worked, the thing insists it is a free license and insists in putting splash screen.
