Cloning a Project

Hi,
If you wanted to clone your project, so you make a similar app with new graphics/sound...
i know that when you add say an image pack it links to the location. so when you update the pack the project is up to date.
so if you were to copy the lua files to another directory and start changing, im guessing the link to the original images would remain.
in summary, id like to create a copy of an app, without altering the original one. then make new changes to the new copy.
