Best way to display help text in app

Hi,
in my latest app I need to read text from file and somehow display it. Now I'm using for this purpose AlertDialog.
Is there any better way with more designing possibilities, paging, etc.?
Any hint or tip welcome! Happy New Year to all of you!

You can also make it fullscreen and scrollable if needed.
