Video WebRTC plugin

Question for the plugin developers.
I was thinking of writing an app that needs a video peer to peer feature using gideros.
I assuming that it's possible to wrap the video calling part in a plugin.
The video would display in a view over the OpenGL view gideros is drawing too.
There is various options to handle the webrtc video part which would all be handled in native code in the plugin.
I just wanted ask those who have written plugins if they think it going to work before I set out to do it?
