Gideros thinks files are there that have been removed

Hi all 
I deleted some files from my project, but when compiling, Gideros still thinks they are there.
Similarly, if I try to add files of the same name to the project, Gideros won't because it thinks they are already there.
Is there a way to flush out the reference to these files?
