A new Menu FX that can be used in Games

This is a FX that I am working on which can be used in any of your games for a menu, it can also be used in the game for Pause Menus, etc. It is *NOT* as yet available for purchase, thought I might share it with the community, there could be some that might want to recreate the same effect and some that might want to throw their money at the screen to get this.
