iAd ads not respecting setAlignment in some cases.

I previously mentioned this as a comment in a previous discussion but thought that it would be prudent to start a new discussion on it.

When iAds is used as the provider and setAlignment is given on initialization and Event.AD_RECEIVED and Event.AD_DISPLAYED it still appears at the top the first time the app is launched.
