Very cool game. One suggestion is to penalize random taps. I played myself in the VS mode and on one side was a hand that was randomly tapping and on the other I was trying to find the numbers visually and the random taps won by 5.
Anyway it is a cool game and it gave me lots of other ideas like making the numbers different sizes, speeding up and slowing down numbers moving, numbers moving independently of each other like bouncing balls, numbers unfinding if you take too long (so they have to be retapped), different colored numbers, different noises for numbers, monsters showing up and gobbling up (or just moving) numbers, etc lol. Maybe even add a story line like you are decrypting secret spy communications. I don't know. Anyway just some ideas.

Regarding the penalty idea, actually we had thought about that, maybe next update we'll see how it will look.
Your other ideas are very interesting! (a few of them are similar to ours)
The reasons we didn't put more contents into the game were:
- We wanted to have the game released in 1 month
- We wanted to keep the "core" gameplay of the traditional paper & pen game (which is very popular in Vietnam and some Asia countries, I don't know if Western people know it
What's new:
- Improve performance & stability on iPad1
- Game Center's Leaderboard
- Game reset option
- Minor bug fixes
