Make sure Internet Explorer can reach GiderOS.com - other browsers have their own settings, but IE uses the system settings that I presume GiderOS also uses.

If IE gets there then the only possible thing can be some kind of security software blocking it.
Look for McAfee, Norton (or whatever it's called now!), ZoneAlarm, Spyware Doctor etc... if you find any trace of them then uninstall them. Then install Microsoft Security Essentials (it's free and good) so you have some protection. You should be able to access the page then.

@huyjang if you see this message, it means you can connect to it, it means that License Manager should work. Do you have any problems with your license manager?
Hi , I have an account in the main site. I tried to login with 2013.06.3 license manager but it said "The username or password you entered is incorrect" . How do I get free license on my linux machine? What do I need? Also I had to change first forum account pass cos 2nd login was rejected, is there any issue about subscription process?
Hello @altai forum and website are two independent systems, currently have no idea what happened to forum, but about license manager can you login to the website: (http://giderosmobile.com/members) with same username and password that you provide to License Manager?
@ar2rsawseen, I'm able to login to the website(http://giderosmobile.com/members) with same username and password. When I try to login with the license manager, I can't get a free license. There might be something about wine substructure. Could you test networking issues with your drawtogether project under wine-gideros workplace? Maybe you can find a disparity.
@altai ok I will test it under wine, in the mean time you can try out licensing it yourself: Just login to the website and go to http://giderosmobile.com/members/license Since you are under linux, getting gui is probably similar to osx, but since you are under wine, then placing license is probably similar to windows
What UUID is needed? It seems that this is an ID for the hard drive. I have many in my system. Which one do I use? The one where 'wine' is installed? Using the command:
@chipster123 no it is a global identifier of your OS installation. I actually have not used the Linux in this context, but I would assume you get guid in the same way that you do on OSX: Open terminal and enter: dscl . -read /Users/[username] GeneratedUID
Then I entered that into the webpage to generate the license. It downloaded a '.ini' file and I saved it some some arbitrary directory for safe keeping first.
Then I navigated to my wine install area
% cd ~/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/Gideros
% wine GiderosLicenseManager.exe
When it first came up it showed I had a "free license". I hit "Update License" and now it shows I have an "indie license". So I didn't have to do anything with the .ini file I downloaded. Then I opened the Gideros Studio and saw that the encryption option is available.

On the other hand, I cannot find the problem. Something prevents Gideros License Manager's internet access.
