PNGs smoothed in Gideros, why?

Hi guys,
I noticed my images get blurred/smoothed when imported into Gideros.
I'm importing a big 2048x2048 bitmap using local pack = TexturePack.new("gfx/vaWalk.txt", "gfx/vaWalk.png", true)

Any ideas? Thanks!

can you post an example project? It may be because of automatic image scaling.

edit2: what I understood so far, the blurring comes from the sprite class, therefor will try to make the animation without using it.
