Hi guys,
i searched a long time how to do this but can't find any soloutions.
I just find an Example in Chipmunk PRO Physics.
Maybe you can help me :-)

Hello,
I don't really know how things are in Chipmunk, but in box2d the ChainShape is a shape definition of Fixture and fixture can not be modified (at least not shape modified).
So in this case I think that only solution would probably be destroying and creating new fixtures and setting these fixtures to the same body.
Here is a simply example of breaking object by manipulating fixtures:
