Performance problems HTC One ( Android 4.1.2

Hello as the Title says . My Game is a bit lagging on my new HTC One but worked great on my old HTC Desire HD ( Htc Evo 1 Ghz) is this a known problem ?

I wrote a game for the Ludam Dare 48 hour challenge and it's running fine on my HTC One as is another game I quickly wrote.
Not sure why yours is slower with the app?
