I sent my app to some Italian blogs that have reviewed my game for free. Now I have many downloads from Italy (as well as all of my facebook friends).

How you propose your games?
Can you recommend me some blog of some other country (not Italy) to submit my game for a free review?

We have not paid for reviews, although there were bargains about link backs.

What's the quality of traffic that you can get from those sites?
Does it translate to an increase in revenue?

@mells not so much but The day of The review i received 150 italian download and now i have an avarage of 250 admob impression in a total of 350 download. Before The review i had an avarage of 50 admob impressions. With clicks now i'm earning about daily 0,30 $. My app was published a weekago.
