iAd low Fill Rate

Is normal to have a low Fill Rate with iAd?

Currently I have 50% Fill Rate with iAd (for iOS ) with a 0% Fill Rate in some country like China, Russian Federation and other.
With AdMob (for Android) I have 100% Fill Rate.

So, now, I have twice Request for iAd then AdMob (so virtually double revenue) but with half Fill Rate I have the same revenue.

Yes, iAd has nothing in China and Russia. It's ok.
I have 100% fill rate in Italy, Spain and Mexico. And lower than 20% in USA.

oh....so I think is better to integrate AdMob for iOS too but i have not seen any plugin for iOS. Maybe adsinterface work?

iAd usually have lower fill rate, mine is about 70%, but most probably it largely depends on the countries of users
