Gideros background size?

I use 480x800 logical dimensions with letterbox scale mode. In guideline I read to create background "a little more bigger" How bigger I should create it? 600x854 is too big? What's your advice? Thanks

540x890 is enough, +60 in x axis and +90 in y-axis

At the end I create the background 600x854 and it works fine in all screen.
