Website Broke?

Is there a general problem with the website ?
First went to : http://giderosmobile.com/download
See there is an asset library, clicking on it I get an access disabled error.

However worse is that I went to upgrade (so actually hand over money!!!) from this page :
http://giderosmobile.com/pricing

and I get page not available.

It bad when I can't even give you money

Ahh - the assets library - must be a bad link. I'm sure @ar2rsawseen can fix it.

Gideros is now open source - so no need to pay anymore - you get the 'Indie' features.

Where did you see the pricing page link?

It popped up when logging in. So it free for everyone regardless of revenue ? As that page had pro as well for those earning more.

probably it's best to remove the page itself too, a nonexisting page is still better then one with false info.

@ChrisF, Surely I mentioned Gideros is free and open source at the Apps World ? ;-)

Also I think there is no need to log in to Gideros any more? (Except for logging in to this forum of course). Arturs, what are the current benefits of Gideros registration?

OK I just logged in and I see I can register my apps and tools which is a benefit of registration. But I also noticed the following panel which is misleading I think as you get these things for free. So suggest remove it?

@John26 keys for the cross promotion are available when you login (if you did the 1st kickstarter). I think things like this, the pdf/physical book, etc should be available to buy for people who missed the kickstarters.

@john26 never trust a salesman :-), I've been hit with free with Unity in the past, had a good year and went from free with needing to pay $225 a MONTH for Pro,Pro iOS and Pro Android so did a Google to double check and then found those old pages.
It's an excellent product for those simple fun 2d games I am finding, hope to have something out for Christmas (if I can resist taking rest of month off !)

Good point! :-) You are right to be cautious. But Gideros is genuinely free, free as in "free beer" and free as in "freedom". The history is that Gideros used to be a commercial, closed source product until mid 2014 but was then open sourced. That's why those old web pages are still around but really we ought to delete them to avoid any confusion.

And I am probably more of a "Gideros evangelist" than a salesman, the difference being I don't get paid ;-).

Can the maintainers check the knowledge base as well? It's quite handy and useful, but all the pages are down at the moment: http://members.giderosmobile.com/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&id=55

Unfortunately knowledgebase was part of the software payment software system, which is long gone by now.
I still have db data of knowledgebase stored, but had no time to transfer it to other knowledgebase system
