How to make a share button ( that takes a screenshot) and a rate button?

I would appreciate code snippets or general advice on how to go about making these. The share button must take a screen shot and then give you options where to post. The rate button should simply send you to the Google Play or iOS app. Thank you for you help.

For the app rater do i need to upload my app first then reupload an updated version with the links to my app?
