What does "Now it's possible to enable/disable automatic execution of Lua files from IDE" mean?

That is listed as a feature for 2012.2.2 for the IDE. I don't see anything new in the IDE.

When you right click on a .lua file, there is an option "Exclude from execution" If you select this, this .lua file won't be executed automatically so that you can load it with require function whenever you want.
