Gideros Android player immediately closes after upload

  I did! Sometimes I'm testing frequently - like every half a minute. Suddenly the Player quits. First time I thought I had an infinite loop, which crashed the Player, but after restarting it and re-running the project it continued to work. This happened to me with the desktop Player on my Mac and also with the Gideros iOS Player on my iPad 2. But most often on the Mac - 'cause I use the iOS Player rarely.
  
  PS: Because of infinite loops and other similar issues: Why doesn't the Player handle these events somehow more intelligent? (Like stopping the app and returning an error. Why does the Player have to crash...)

  Never got this case before. When i have infinte looping, the player just hang up and stuck until i use force close it

  @bysreg that sounds like a network problem. If at least one file gets corrupt during sending to device, it won't work.

  hmm, actually i tried to play it to gideros player in ipad 2, and it works perfectly. so i think it's not related to network. and also this happens to gideros sample, so i dont think the problem lies in the code

  and for information, i try to run the exported .apk to the device, and it runs.

  @bysreg does your android device has external storage (/sdcard or /mnt/sdcard directories)? You can check with "adb shell" or any other file manager (e.g. ASTRO File Manager).
  
  Edit: Because uploaded files are stored at external storage.

  yes, it has. i try looking into the /sdcard or the /mnt/sdcard but i cant find any gideros folder

  hmm.. interesting.. the first step of uploading a game to the player is creating the Gideros folder on external storage and even this step is not completed. Can you create Gideros folder and try again? (Maybe you've already tried)

  @atilim do i need to have root access to create the folder. because i cant create one using the file manager

  If an application has WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission, it should be able to write external storage. You don't need root access. If file manager cannot create the directory, then there's something weird with your android device.

  Try this: Go to Settings -> Storage. And set "Default storage location" to "SD card" (I had Internal Storage before) Done
