I'm interested in having basic functionalities like Apple Game Center, such as Leaderboards and Achievements (and I mean to use pre-made GUI like that).
Afaik Openfeint has been discontinued by Gree and replaced by their so-called "Gree social platform".
I see there's Scoreloop by RIM, but it doesn't seem to have default UI for leaderboards (?)
Any solution?
What are you using recently?
Thanks!

I must say that is only idea, which I could handle maybe next week, but you can integrate this thing faster to Gideros and finally close the theme of leaderboards and achievements for android on Gideros Mobile SDK...
cheers

Second, it's pricing: Backend service providers are not free. And even when they are free for Beta user or with some limitations it's dangerous that they can change the pricing in the future. See Kinvey example, when they had started, it was free for up to 10000 users, now you have to pay 300$ for the same amount of active users...monthly. It's difficult for indie developers to take such risk. Scoreloop, Papaya, Kiip - they are free for developers.

Pricing: Yeah, it's not free, but if your user base is small it is. You pay for what you use, and they're prices seem reasonable.
I'll have to check out the free options you listed.
Scoreloop default GUI actually exists, looks similar to Openfeint's.
My team successfully integrated it to Gideros yesterday.
My name is Almog I'm the founder and one of the developers for Scoreoid I just saw this and wanted to add some information about Scoreoid.
First and most importantly as a game developer you should use what works best for you and your game. This is something that we're always saying and believe is very important.
Other then that not going to do a sales pitch if anyone needs help with anything open a support would be glad to help.
For the questions we currently don't offer a built in UI this is something we're talking about but there is a strong community and examples being developed by the community.
For pricing we have information on our FAQ - http://wiki.scoreoid.net/scoreoid-faq/
Thanks,
Almog
