Hi, I'm using this:
http://www.giderosmobile.com/forum/discussion/367/save-load-a-table to save a table into a txt. The simple code is as follows:
t={1,2,3,4,5}
table.save(t,"|D|a.txt")
And I can't see the "a.txt" anywhere on my computer. Aren't these two lines enough? Btw, I checked it with "print" and it returns 1 so it does execute.

i was also saying similar thing before using mac os
My Mac is at least four times more powerful than my old Laptop with good old windows 7. And I'm still using laptop on everyday bases and Mac is just dusting there till the next app update.
Oh no, I'm becoming @Scouser
And yeah I'm still on the PC side, too. Both systems have their own pros and cons, but I like my old desktop PC which I can customize the parts like a lego :P I like my system more naked and versatile. Apple products are more single-task oriented, and it is fine, because Mac is way better in that single task it is to be used. So I look these two system differently. Mac will always be my business computer. Just my two cents.
