  I think that without the app integration, you can only post linkt to facebook using Share API. Like I'm doing it here:

  I think that if you want to post specific text, you will have to create a facebook App and use Facebook SDK in your own app

  nup it works great for twitter but for facebook it takes title from the link automatically

  yep as I said, you can only post link and not a specific text
  It would make our lives much more easier
  
  Of course there's always a hack, like create a dynamic page where you can pass the score and generate the title like:
  
  http://mysite.com/scores.php?score=100000
  
  which generates title: "You've got 100000 score"
