Issue when exporting project

Hi guys, when i export my project i get "Inconsistent license file. Please run Gideros License Manager and update your license". So i run the gideroslicensemanager but my credentials seem to be always incorrect. The weird thing is that every time I log in here there is a message telling me that I need to confirm my email address, which i did multiple times, but I still get the message..
