For AS3 projects I used SWFProfiler (http://lostinactionscript.com/2008/10/06/as3-swf-profiler/). Now it for Gideros.

I suggest you put it on GitHub or something, this would be helpful for any kind of projects

Oh and for memory, is it texture memory or lua memory?

@Nascode, I do not use github . Memory Used it is sum of lua memory and textures memory.
