  @Subramanya from Gideros stand of point there is nothing more than File->Export Project, it exports to native project (Android or IOS and from there you need to follow platform specific guidelines).

  Please any developer who worked and succeeded in creating .apk file from Eclipse support me too... I am struggling hard to get over from this problem... I can Export and import it in Eclipse but i can not create a .apk ... I am helpless. Please help me on this. It will be very greatful...

  @Subramanya right click on your project and select Android Tools -> Export Signed Application Package.
  Follow the steps including generating your own certificate to sign, if you don't have one. And that's it. You have an .apk file to submit to your store.

  @Subramanya you said that you can import app in Eclipse. Then inside eclipse just to the steps above I told you and it will export the .apk file.
  If you can't do that, please be more specific, specify what exactly is not working, what you can't find or what errors do you have, etc.

  Okay happy about your answer. I just tried importing project and it imported in Eclipse. When i clicked on Build path its giving Error.--- "JavaPointerNullException"--- Also when i followed your last suggestion it is showing cannot export the project as there is Errors in the file...
  So i said just tell me from the core ... Then there will be no confusion and no more errors... Please do me the favour. Really trying hard.... Please do me the favour.

  @Subramanya the problem is that there should be no any additional steps.
  Import into eclipse export as .apk.
  If you have some errors then something is not normal, not working right. And from your errors I can't really understand what exactly.
  Do you have latest Android SDK installed? You need to launch SDKManager in your Android installed location.
  If that does not work can you provide your exported android project, so I could check it out?

  You should not have to copy any more files to the exported project. It should contain everything it needs to launch an app.
  So do you want to say, that not all needed files are exported?
  Maybe you have this problem of not installing Gideros properly and need to reinstall it?
