  @ar2rsawseen As there are lots of examples around but somewhat tucked away at the moment, I wonder if it would be worthwile having a dedicated heading such as 'Example code' or 'Example game code' in the resources drop down that links to a fairly simple list with short descriptions. It could be very helpful for newcomers to Gideros. It could also be just as useful for people like me who constantly forget where things can be found! I'm obviously not as good at archiving as @talis is!

  @petec did you see FAQ posted by @ar2rsawseen . It is directly all links in one place. I was lazy to search before but this knowledge-base has really good resources.
  In addition in the forum there is Code-Snippets section whihc is not as organized as knowledge-base
  But i agree about special link dedicated to those resources will be effective for new comers.

  @talis Yes, I saw that link. However, that means opening the link, then realising that you need the developer faq and only then seeing the examples link, which is somewhat hiding them for newcomers. A direct link to that section might be easier for them to find in the first instance - it could take them through to the same place but in one more easily found move. Just my view.

  @petec while I actually agree with you, it was decided that it is better not to overload the start guide with too much information, as there will also be a section for advanced tutorials, major 3rd party softwares, etc. And it may become a place with too much information to start from.

  @ar2rsawseen Thanks for explaining - I know that it's always hard to make those sort of calls and decide where to draw the line. I had just noticed a few newcomers seeking examples and having to ask the forum which is why I started looking at how visible the current examples were on the website.
