  This surely isn't restricted to OUYA? It seems to me, Kickstarter can always be gamed so that the total is greater than the requested amount. Eg, if I askfor $30,000 and its only up to $15k on the last day, what's to stop me contributing the extra $15,000 and pushing it over?
  
  Presumably kickstarter has some rules to prevent this but why should those rules fail for OUYA? (assuming they have done)
