  GregBUG, I am still waiting for HTC to roll out the update to 4.0.. my phone is supposedly on the list to receive ice cream sandwhich. How do you find 4.0? Good/Bad?

  @GregBug - Just ran both your demos on my ZTE Blade (600mhz, ARMv6, Android 2.2) both seemed to run smoothly, no text on screen so I can't report frame rates or anything, but a nice effect.
  
  (also FWIW - I'd be happy to throw in a donation if you decide to release the software, it'd sure save me a lot of time).
  
  BTW - Prefer the effect in 4 rather than 5 - that would make a nice live wallpaper. Is it possible to make Android live wallpapers in Gideros ???

  Is it possible to make Android live wallpapers in Gideros

  To tell the truth, we haven't thought of this before. I don't know the exact answer but most probably you cannot.

  Having just had a quick look at how a project is put together with the activity classes, the player classes and the java native bridge it would be impossible to make a live wallpaper as it stands. A rewrite of the core com.giderosmobile java classes to implement a wallpaper service would be required.
