Hello,
Recently I renewed my Gideros license but when I try to update it with the License Manager it doesn't update and my user appears as a free license.
When I try to update it in the web member area, the next message appears:
"You cannot currently upgrade or downgrade this product because an invoice has already been generated for the next renewal."
But the payment was done automatically last week.
I need to activate my license asap.
Please let me know how to resolve the issue.

most probably the automatic payment is left from the old system and new system knows nothing about it.
Let me verify the payment manually.
P.S. you can also always open support ticket on the website for such issues
I'm trying to update my license but it's not possible.
I have deauthorizate the computer and after authorize I again I execute the Update license with the License Manager but the license continues being free…
What I have to do in order to update it?
I need to activate it asap.

Btw, I didn't know there was a ticket option in the web. Now I have found it (in the "Services" menu…).
