Hi,
I wonder that is there any way to export my application to a standalone windows application? I'd like to send my application to my friends, who don't know much about computer, programming, ... , So it's nice if I send them an .exe file.
Would you please give me a hint!

Currently we are focusing on two platforms (iOS & Android). Adding another platform is in the works, and this probably will be started once we introduce the stable version on February, 7th.
Thanks!
My interest is that I can send my game as an executable for Windows/Mac/Linux so that friends/reviewers can easily play it and give feedbacks in case they don't have needed devices. Besides technical limitation of end-users (install Gideros, compile, run,...), sending them the whole source as-is is not safe (although we may apply some workaround such as obfuscating Lua source, watermarking gfx, etc. I'd love to have this feature like mentioned above
BTW, thanks a lot for this great product. I'll have a post introducing my game made with Gideros in a few weeks.
Cannot give an exact time for this, however. Plugin support is our current priority, and there are a few things to be done (with less-medium-high priority) here:

I started using giderosmobile IDE 2 days ago, and my app development is going really good! I always wanted to write a complete and standalone application with LUA, and now, I can also do app for iOS and Android!
I don't have a developer license for iOS at the moment, but I think that I will buy it in a future, same for the license of this powerful IDE, and, I really want to have a standalone interpreter for Windows / Mac, in order to try my app and share to my friends!
Thanks a lot!
P.s.: Sorry, but I'm not english

@gorkem, I had not seen this thread, you mentioned in January about a new platform to be introduced in February, we are now at the end of May, any clues/hints, obvious signs of what that is. It definitely is not WP7, so is that RIM Blackberry?

It was the Windows and Mac platform. There is an entry in bugs.giderosmobile.com about these two platforms now.
