I made a little app with Gideros that I want to try to publish to the google play store. But the only problem is that im not 18 yet. Should I publish it under my parents name and just send any ad revenue to my bank account? How could i go about this legally? They just turn down debit cards if you under 18 even if its yours so i couldn't pay my registration fee.

i don't know how robert nay (bubble ball) has released his app at the age of 14. may be same trick?
while forming a company and legal entity is based on age restrictions, there is nothing that stops a parent from registering on behalf of the child. There are no tricks, Roberts mother had helped him create the account, but he was the author of the app.
@Fish, you can get a parent or a guardian to set up the financial and administrative side of things for you.
As for the tax and other related things, it would differ from country to country and would also take personal situation into consideration. If you are in on of the western countries and are above 14, you are legally allowed to work (albeit part-time) and your income would not cross the basic slabs (hopefully) if it does, then you simply pay the taxes.

If you are aged 16 or over then you can own and run a company in the UK, see:
"Will there be a minimum and maximum age for directors?
A. The Act introduces a minimum age for a director of 16. Any directors under 16, when the Act is implemented in October 2008, will automatically cease to be a director.
From 6th April 2007 the maximum age for directors of PLC's, which was 70, has been removed."
