I am using box2d to make a flappy bird clone. When you tap the screen, the ball goes up. However, for some reason, it launches higher when you launch it from off the ground than it does when you click in midair. Here are the physics settings of the ball:
shape = circle, density = 1.0,
friction = 0.1, restitution = 0
And of the wall:
shape = poly, density = 1.0,
friction = 0.1, restitution = 0
Does anybody know why this is happening?
