I'm hoping Gideros Studio can provide me with the functionality I need to create a Multiplayer Online Trading Card Game. The important things I need it to be able to do are:
- Connect to a server and stay connected. (any server for that matter. for account/card data and battle data)
- Turn Base Logic (of course)
- Tiled RPG Gameplay
Can anyone confirm that Gideros Studio can do all of this?

LuaSocket support has been implemented on SVN (our internal versioning system) for iOS. Android, Mac OS X and Windows implementations will follow. Support for all 4 platforms will be ready in the next release (2012.2.2.1), due 1-2 weeks.
Normally this release is not planed. It was added later only to fix a nasty Android bug reported in the forum. However 5-6 easy feature requests have been added and it somehow became another "ordinary" release.
