Unfortunately yes. I've been known to ship stuff overseas for friends (and use Paypal to exchage funds) but that would be extra shipping. And I'm going out of town the next week and a half so I wont be home to receive any packages then. So I'm not sure if I want to attempt to be an intermediary in this case. Maybe someone else could help.
