A Template for Parallax Scrolling

This is work in progress as there is no 1:1 mapping between any Lua frameworks. This is a port of the IYFCT (made for Löve by Simon Larsen)
The things that are ported as yet are the parallax scrolling and the elements, the things that remain are the music and the player.
