Input field for text

I found Gideros Mobile, tried it, loved it, but could not use it in my project since there are no text input fields that can be integrated in the GUI. I need something like a form on a web page for a couple of views in my app. And I need it cross-platform, not just for iOS.

In general, some enhancements to Gideros for UI stuff like skinned input boxes, keyboard, etc would be great!

@perqa to provide native UI interface would probably be my next priority after OpenGL 2 release and finishing bits of website.
Right now I can't even imagine how hard or easy it can be, but I agree that it is definitely something that is needed

Was there any advance on native UI? starting with just a text input for now would be great.

@bravcm do you have any example of an app using WidgetCandy in android? It seems very complete, but doesn't look native
