Or you can simply go to the question you asked and accept any answer
Maybe there were some kind of glitch in the system I'm not aware of?

No @ar2rsawseen there is no glitch, it just keeps displaying on the bottom-left corner of the site. It does not indicate to what post it relates, so if clicking on one would atleast take you to the post or as @Platypus said switch it off all together and maybe have a section of unread posts (I think each login has it's own set of read and unread posts)

Well unfortunately there is nothing additional to the QnA plugin, no settings, etc. So we actually lived a whole month without it, maybe I should just disable it?
