This is an interesting article that describes the Developers that are below the App Poverty Line and classifies them into different categories. This is true as I have seen a fair few that tried their hand at the app store and buckled under then there are some that have done well, we have a few on our forums. Since success on the app store is not scientific (i.e. definable via a repeatable formula) it would be nice to see the hidden patters of success (if any)
