How to make a Adtapsy plugin

I have been studying AdTapsy Ads mediation (http://adtapsy.com).

How can I make a plugin based on Ads plugin? Just some steps to begin, I know to develop in java quite well.

How I usually add new ad libraries to Ads interface, is I create a class, as AdsAdtapsy and make it inherit AdsInterface class and implement all the methods.
Then from gideros there should be Ads.new("adtapsy") available
