Already posted my first question without introducing myself. I'm a long time programmer and am just now getting into game programming. I've done traditional Android programming and have a homebrewing app called ZymTools. The ads-free version sells for 0.99. Anyone else notice that they make more from the Amazon store than the Google Market?

AFAIK, you cannot use Amazon's IAP SDK for the applications you submit to Android Market, and vice versa.
