What should I use to create 3D effect and animation with Gideros?

I want to spin the ball 360 degree angle and shoot it with some flying animation..

Btw, Is there any specific way to upload a video so all the users could see it?

I don't know how to answer your first question: I believe that you could use a textured ball (3d mesh) but since there is no support for 3d physics yet you will have to fake it somehow.
The second one is easier: upload it on youtube and share the link.
