People, how do you find time?

I wonder how do you people find time for Gideros, for your personal projects? Can you share some advice because I imagine most of you work full time, have kids and etc.
I personally have a full time job and couple days ago I found out that a senior admin, who was my mentor at this company, is switching companies in couple weeks. So I was told I will need to took over his projects, his duties... That means even more work and even more learning. This is not a bad thing. I'm glad I will be even more improving. But the problem is that it's getting really hard to find time for Lua and Gideros.. How do you people manage to do this?

Personally I go to sleep early, around 8:30-9:00pm. That allows to wake up earlier and have some time for learning. Also scientifically our memory works better in the morning, it's easier to learn stuff.

I record my ideas and make sketches in breaks.
