Hi, I just noticed that the main Gideros getting started doc from the website (http://docs.giderosmobile.com/index.html) doesn't seem to be present in the wiki! Anyone willing to port it ?
ok I am working on it but I am not on my usual desktop. I have it all down in libreoffice writer now I need to put it in the wiki. It may take some time though.

After some investigation I see that the docs are part of the ultimate guide! So instead of creating yet another duplicate I propose to merge and complete the ultimate guide.
I am working on the wiki what are the new requirements please?
* iOS: iPod touch 2nd generation or better, iPhone 2 or better, iPad 1 or better * Android: at least Android 4.4. Note that previous Android versions (4.0 or below) won’t work.
let's vote please For the ultimate guide to gideros studio, do you like this chapter order?

I searched for documentation on 'export' in Wikipedia and did not find, maybe it is necessary to add for beginners?
I will try to create a page on this but I think it's so simple that we don't really need to!?
let's vote
How will a beginner know that it's easy if he came to find out information and there is no information at all. The section on exports should be at least for SEO
-How to configure keys for stores,?. -export one file for all devices or make multiple files?. -how to configure the requre plugin?. -how to export files larger than 100mb?. -how to export from android studio? ..
-How to configure keys for stores,?. -export one file for all devices or make multiple files?. -how to configure the requre plugin?. -how to export files larger than 100mb?. -how to export from android studio? ..
We cannot put everything in the wiki, that would be too much work, configure key = android web site, android studio = android web site, ...
But I agree, a simple page that explains how to export has its place in the wiki, but we should concentrate on gideros.
configure key = android web site, android studio = android web site, ...
The question was not how to work in android studio, the question of how to integrate gideros libraries in the eclipse project, or in the android studio project
The question of how to install the keys in gideros -should be described on wikipedia gideros, not on the android site ..
I think that something that explains how to get to exports, then pick the correct option. What the fields do. etc. Followed by links to store instructions, how to generate a key, etc... would be really useful. Most people don't have a clue and find the whole thing daunting.

I think "Introduction to Lua" should come before "your first code". I would also vote for an actual decent "how to" on exporting, compiling, and publishing on apples store.

I now deal with exports to UWP Found out that for this purpose it is necessary to establish visual studio, vindows kits - it is all necessary to write in wikipedia.//

I need to add UWP and link to that from the XBox One export.
Exporting should be in two sections I think, one titled 'Making a player', the other 'Exporting to the stores'.

They now need filling out with guides for each.

TLF_REF_LINETOP: The top of a line of text of that font, irrespective of the text you are actually displaying
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/27631736/meaning-of-top-ascent-baseline-descent-bottom-and-leading-in-androids-font/27631737
So LINETOP is the purple line of the diagram in the link above, while TOP would be more like the green line (ascent) but only for the given text.
Gideros also has TLF_REF_ASCENT, which would be the green line for the whole font.
http://giderosmobile.com/profiles
also copied the examples from the giderosmobile Code Examples main site to the wiki:
https://wiki.giderosmobile.com/index.php/Start_Here
Hope this helps!?
All my games have the same directory structure and classes to develop a clean code, which is really important when projects get bigger.
