PayPal problem purchasing updated Gideros Licence

Hi,
I transferred this to a new thread from

I'm getting a PayPal error when trying to upgrade to an Indie Licence. The error is:
"We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem. If this payment is for an eBay listing, you can contact the seller via the "Ask Seller a Question" link on the listing page. When you have the correct email address, payment can be made at www.paypal.com."

@atilim, I have retried the payment following your initial comment but still get the same error. Could it be something wrong at my end?

We tried again with no issues, so asking this directly to paypal. Can you send us (info@gi...) as much information as you can please, including your email, transaction date/time etc.
