Hi,
I read somewhere in the past that Gideros will support more platforms.
How is the plan now?
@atilim @gorkem?
I would love to see Windows Phone OS support.
(Just my personal view, I feel potential from the Nokia+Microsoft alliance in a near future)
Thanks

It is much easier to add support for platforms, where you can use C underneath them. It's been rumored that next versions of Windows Phone OS will have C, so it might be possible to support them.
For now other platforms, that could be supported is MacOS, Windows (PC), maybe BlackBerry?

2. many Android buyers buy and can ask for a refund within 15 minutes, so purchase, (backup), play, change your mind and get a refund... App for free... not fair on the developer.
3. Though Google play displays if a particular app is compatible with your device(s), there are apps that just do not work or are not meant to work on your device, but Google marks them as compatible.
So as a developer, you could end up with a lot of emails that indicate that someone had purchased your app and asked for a refund. The only difference is that with Google Market, you know who it is and where they are from

I don't mind people being able to get refunds if the app is poor or doesn't work, but it can certainly lead to the problem of abuse once people realize how easy it is to get a refund for everything.
I am happy that I do not have many apps (paid) on GooglePlay.
