  How about Tapjoy marketplace, as far as I know ads interface only display Tapjoy ads unit, isn't it?

  I don't see how this should be integrated in the app itself.
  Only maybe adding some kind of tracker that confirms app install, usually it is a received in manifest, and not a plugin. You can ask tapjoy support more about that
